No, your eyes are NOT playing tricks on you – this really is a Blended Kitchen post! Yay! We’re back with material from three new cookbooks that were under the Christmas tree, and we spent the day in the kitchen cooking up five (Yes, five!) new treats to share with you in the coming weeks.

S’mores Stuffed Brownies | Picky Palate
We thought we’d get back on track with something sweet. You know the saying, “Eat Dessert First”? Well, today we are doing just that. After trying this sweet treat, this will be the only thing you will want to eat all day. And every day after that.

Better put on your stretchy pants before you dive into this bodacious brownie!

These 4 goodies are your ticket to s’mores brownie heaven.

Cover an 8×8 baking dish with foil sprayed with Pam. Pour 1/2 of  the prepared brownie mix in the pan.

Layer the graham crackers on the brownie mix.

Continue by layering the chocolate bars and marshmallows.

Pour the remaining brownie batter over the layered items.

This is what it should look like after about 20 minutes in the oven.

After approximately 50 minutes, test the brownies by inserting a toothpick into the brownie. If it comes out clean, it’s ready!

Look at those luscious layers of chocolate! Try and eat just one. We dare you.

Here’s the recipe
1 box of your favorite brownie mix
4 1/2 full Graham Crackers
3 1/2 Full size Hershey’s Bars
16 large marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.

Line foil into an 8×8 inch baking pan and spray generously with cooking spray.

Pour half the brownie batter into lined pan. Layer graham crackers over brownies following Hershey Bars and marshmallows. Pour remaining brownie batter over marshmallows.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes mostly clean from center. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Carefully remove foil and brownies from pan.  Peel any foil from away from edges and cut into squares.

Stuff your face.
